Adult Basic Education is seeking a part-time instructor for the communities of Clearbrook, Oklee and Bagley. This is a traveling position and would be wonderful for a recently retired teacher or a teacher looking to supplement their income. The right candidate would work approximately 10 hours per week. This is a rewarding, part-time, year-round position working with adults ages 17 and older in the academic areas of GED, Adult Diploma, English as a Second Language and Basic Skills - reading, writing, and math.  Looking for applicants with strong background knowledge in math, science, & technology and/or with a strong background in reading and writing.  Prep time and training paid.  Requires a flexible schedule and an ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Minnesota teaching certificate required. Wages commensurate with the Thief River Falls school district.
